According to Charaka, 'the substance which keeps the bodily tissues in a balanced state and brings the vitiated tissues also back into balance is regarded as a balanced and nutritive diet.'


What you eat determines the quality of your bodily tissues, your energy levels and how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally. Eating well is the single best thing you can do for yourself on a daily basis.


With this in mind, I offer you the opportunity to come and learn about the concept of Ayurvedic Cooking – how to make your food more medicinal - and how to cook some simple vegetarian recipes to nourish your body and mind and balance your digestion.


What's involved:

-     5-hour duration – 4hrs cooking/ 1hr sampling all the delicious meals made on the day

-     Cooking simple, quick recipes to nourish yourself and your family – that are tasty & easy to digest

-     Learning the basic essence of Ayurvedic cooking

-     Understanding of how to use spices and make your food medicinal

-     Changing your relationship with food – preparing, cooking and eating

-     Take home recipes
